Because all the little molecules, even though they’re all related, are all eating each other, killing each other, beating up each other, exploiting each other, using and abusing each other. 09:30     a want that has no justification. A want that is being contrived, by molecular circumstance, merely because of the same reasons this rock is this colour, is the same reason you want. 10:00     And once the molecule had that weapon to use against us, essentially, we could be manipulated, and steered by this powerful motivator, of pain and pleasures, the illusion of pleasure, because most of your pleasures are just eliminating your burdens. If I relieve you of your financial concerns, your marital difficulties, your worry about someone else’s health or welfare, if I take away all those burdens,

If I take away all your physical tensions, all your weighty burdens, all the, all the, nags and pains of time, and I give you relief, it’s gonna be felt as pleasure. And that’s how your brain manipulates you, to get you to keep wiggling through the humus. Keep squirming through

And all for nothing in the end, to die, not to reach a pinnacle, not to stay once you climb the mountain of success and survival.
